@Robert Woodman,I will add some money to the carriers, for testing. On our old site we allowed the client to select carriers they wanted to display. This option can be added in the CMS admin\Integrations\ShipStation section.

Robert Woodman: Backend code updated and deployed. Added error handling to the shipping rate controller — the API now returns structured error responses instead of crashing. Also updated the frontend to show "Unable to calculate" gracefully instead of a browser alert + page redirect. However, three infrastructure issues remain: Carrier code mismatch — The frontend was hardcoded to carrierCode: 'fedex', but the ShipStation account only has stamps_com, ups_walleted, and fedex_wall
